How And When Will I Get Results?

Samples sent to our lab will receive results in 24-48 hours. To view your results, you will receive an email text message with a secure link to create a patient portal from our laboratory to receive results. Patients may test twice a week as desired to reduce the risk of spreading an infection. Your results notification will be sent to the email we have on file. It’s always best to check your email’s spam folder just in case, but if it’s been over 48 hours and you have not received your results, please reach out to your testing specialist right away so we can check the status.
